Eficacia de la Terapia Cognitivo-Conductual en la Intervención sobre la Violencia Sexual: Una Revisión Sistemática
Efficacy of Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy in Addressing Sexual Violence: A Systematic Review

La violencia sexual constituye un problema de salud pública que genera secuelas graves en población infantojuvenil. Este estudio tuvo como objetivo determinar la eficacia de la terapia cognitivo conductual en víctimas de violencia sexual mediante el análisis de estudios publicados entre 2015 y 2024. Se realizó una revisión sistemática con método inductivo-deductivo, enfoque cualitativo descriptivo y diseño no experimental, consultando las bases de datos Proquest, Science Direct, Scopus, PubMed y Web of Science. Se seleccionaron 20 artículos que cumplieron criterios de inclusión establecidos mediante el método PRISMA. Los resultados evidenciaron que la terapia cognitivo conductual reduce significativamente síntomas de estrés postraumático, depresión, ansiedad y problemas conductuales en niños, niñas y adolescentes víctimas de violencia sexual. Los diseños metodológicos predominantes fueron ensayos controlados aleatorizados y estudios cuasiexperimentales. Los beneficios identificados incluyeron modificación de creencias disfuncionales, fortalecimiento de la autoeficacia, mejora en la regulación emocional y desarrollo de habilidades de afrontamiento. Se concluye que la terapia cognitivo conductual representa una intervención altamente efectiva, basada en evidencia científica sólida, que puede implementarse en diferentes contextos culturales y modalidades de aplicación, contribuyendo significativamente a la recuperación integral de víctimas de violencia sexual.
