Creative Commons License (CC)
From the beginning, Instituto Internacional de Investigación y Desarrollo Tecnológico Educativo INDTEC, C.A., through the Revista Scientific, it has published a large number of titles under open access licenses that are already available on the Journal's Ofical Website, through the Open Journal System (OJS) platform. During the next months, this digital collection will continue to grow with new publications at the International Level.
Most of these titles are in open access under a specially adapted Creative Commons license, which allows any user to download, copy, distribute, translate, reuse, adapt and develop their content at no cost. The only conditions that are required when granting the attribution license called CC-BY-NC-SA are the following:
- The Instituto Internacional de Investigación y Desarrollo Tecnológico Educativo, INDTEC, C.A., must be clearly identified as the owner of the Revista Scientific and the copyright of the original publication.
- All derivative works must be published and distributed under the same open access license CC-BY-NC-SA that is granted in the original publication.
- In all respects, it is mandatory to respect and mention the corresponding credit in any use made of the journal's articles or essays.
- It is strictly forbidden to use the articles or essays of the magazine, to be published through another publishing medium or, where appropriate, in another language.
- Any commercial use of the content of our publication will require the prior written permission of the Editor.
Creative Commons licenses are models of contracts that serve to publicly grant the right to use a publication protected by copyright. The fewer restrictions imply a license, the greater the possibilities of using and distributing content.
The publications in open access of the Revista Scientific, require additional conditions for the use of its content. These additional conditions depend on the type of license granted, as explained below:

Users can mix, transform and create from the content of our publication for non-commercial purposes, under the condition that all work derived from the original publication is distributed under the same license CC-BY-NC-SA. The Revista Scientific must be clearly identified as the owner of the copyright of the original publication. Any commercial use of the content of our publication will require the prior and written authorization of the Editor.
The content of the magazines of this site, are under a Creative Commons License Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International.
