The Pedagogical Agnosticism of Andragical Education of Human Rights

The present investigation is circumscribed under an interpretive epistemological approach, oriented to the conceptual understanding of human rights from the critical perspective of the pedagogical agnosticism in the andragogic education. Its general objective is to analyze the historical evolution of human rights in the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, with the purpose of knowing the reason for the pedagogical agnosticism of human rights in citizenship. To this end, a bibliographic review of the philosophical bases of human rights was carried out, the philosophical evolution of the existing constitutions in the country, from the time called transition to democracy, to investigate the theoretical and philosophical foundation of human rights in Venezuela, as a formative axiom for andragogic gnoseology. As a conclusion, the why of the pedagogical agnosticism of the andragogic education of the human rights is made known.
